I live in Toronto, near Eglington and the Allen and am looking for somewhere where I can buy wheat, oats, tofu, and white beans that have been grown around the GTA. Does anyone know of any places where I can find this stuff?

Hi Kristin,

We don't live far from you. I haven't seen local grains, tofu or white beans in our travels yet but I also haven't looked specifically for them. You can try calling the Arva Flour Mill to see if they can point you to wheat and oats.

I will post back if I find some and please do the same for others. :-)
